Rebecca Schmitt joined the Westbridge team in 2023, bringing more than 20 years of healthcare leadership and operational experience. Prior to joining Westbridge, she spent two decades at Tufts Medical Center within the Department of Psychiatry, where she oversaw customer service operations, practice management, and workflow development initiatives. Rebecca has extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence, with more than 15 years of hands-on management experience.

Rebecca earned her Bachelor’s degree from Lesley University and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys supporting her children at their sporting events, listening to music, and improving her golf game. Originally from Central New York, she now resides in the MetroWest area of Massachusetts.
