Juliana Mills Picard

Dr. Juliana Mills Picard grew up in Arlington, Massachusetts. She earned her veterinary degree from North Carolina State University in 2020 and returned home to complete five years of specialty training in small animal internal medicine at Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston.

Dr. Picard is excited to reintroduce internal medicine services to the Bridgewater area and is passionate about building a strong foundation for this new service. Her clinical interests are vast and include gastrointestinal and renal disease, tickborne illness, and autoimmune disorders. She enjoys a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, with particular enthusiasm for endoscopy and laparoscopy.

She is dedicated to building collaborative treatment plans that empower pet owners and improve long-term quality of life for her patients, believing that client education and teamwork are just as essential as diagnostics and treatment.

Outside of work, Dr. Picard can be found reading, cooking, traveling, or spending time with her five favorite boys: her husband Joey, their dog Potato George, their two cats Watson and Meeko, and her horse Harrison.
